She has been practicing yoga consistently for 15 years and completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification at Sundara Yoga in 2020. Emma approaches her teaching with joy and enthusiasm, drawing on her diverse movement background as a gymnast, hiker, and dedicated head-stander. She encourages her students to embrace playfulness and lightheartedness in their practice, while offering mindful guidance to help them deepen their connection to body and breath.
