Parenting is a marathon, and every marathoner needs a recovery station. We’ve teamed up with the mentors at Hearty Roots to create the ultimate community-powered wellness experience: a true "off-the-clock" session for you, and a wilderness adventure for them.

While you and your partner step into the quiet sanctuary of our thermal circuit, your children (ages 6+) will be guided through the local landscape by the expert Hearty Roots team. While they are building resilience and grit through outdoor exploration, you’ll be focused on deep restoration.

Your Two-Hour Thermal Journey Includes:

• The Wood-Fired Sauna: Let the deep, dry heat melt away tension and quiet the mental chatter.

• The Cedar Cold Plunge: A crisp, invigorating reset for the nervous system that leaves you feeling remarkably present.

• The Heated Soaking Pool: The perfect space to float, breathe, and actually finish a conversation.

This isn't just childcare; it’s a parallel path to wellness. You’ll leave feeling physically rejuvenated and mentally lighter, knowing your kids have spent their evening unplugged and empowered by the great outdoors.

• Ages: Children must be 6 years or older.

• Rate: $140 covers 2 2-hour sessions with us and outdoor programming for one child. Please add-on additional kids if you are looking to bring more than one child!
