workshops details are below - our mini retreats are are set up so that the first part is a workshop or yoga class, followed by time in our nordic circuit. Longer retreats will have a detailed flow of the day!
We have designed these to be longer retreat like experiences to sink deeper into relaxation, restoration and calm.
Recovery Self Massage mini retreat

Unwind and release with our Recovery Self-Massage Mini Retreat. This massage sequence, rooted in the principles of structural integration, guides you through a journey of self-discovery from your feet all the way "down the back" and "up the front."
Using a variety of soft, pliable tools, including double track balls, foam rollers, soft inflatable balls, and small round balls, you'll learn to gently address and unwind patterns of tension and stress held deep within your "issues in your tissues." This workshop is designed to relieve pain, improve range of motion, lubricate your joints, downregulate your nervous system, and ultimately prepare your body for maximum enjoyment of our Nordic circuit.
Join us to cultivate freedom and ease in your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and deeply relaxed. All levels are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.

Partners Thai massage mini retreat

Grab a buddy—whether it's a partner, friend, or family member—and join us for a unique Partnered Thai Massage Mini Retreat! You'll learn simple yet effective Thai massage sequences, taking turns to both give and receive bodywork. It's the best of both worlds: you get to share a deeply connecting experience with someone you care about, and you'll leave with practical sequences you can use for recovery, healing, and grounding in the future.
Thai-style bodywork is performed fully clothed on mats on the ground. Think of it as a beautiful blend of standard massage, yoga, assisted stretching, and energy work. You'll transition into your session feeling incredibly calm, relaxed, energized, and restored both emotionally and physically.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you would be able to do yoga in, and don't forget to bring a water bottle.
Workshop will be from 1:30-3PM, and session will be from 3-5.

Yin Yoga mini retreat

This gentle yet profound style of yoga focuses on long-held, passive poses that target the deep connective tissues of the body, promoting increased flexibility, joint health, and a profound sense of calm. You will be guided through a sequence designed to complement your spa experience, allowing for a deeper stretch and meditative state.
This session is perfect for those seeking to de-stress, enhance mobility, and cultivate inner peace. All levels are welcome. Please bring comfortable clothing for yoga, a swimsuit, and a water bottle.
Session will be from 3-4:30, Yin following! We encourage you to bring comfortable, loose fitting clothing for the yin class.
