Following your personalized spa journey, transition into a serene Yin Yoga practice. This gentle yet profound style of yoga focuses on long-held, passive poses that target the deep connective tissues of the body, promoting increased flexibility, joint health, and a profound sense of calm. You will be guided through a sequence designed to complement your spa experience, allowing for a deeper stretch and meditative state.

This session is perfect for those seeking to de-stress, enhance mobility, and cultivate inner peace. All levels are welcome. Please bring comfortable clothing for yoga, a swimsuit, and a water bottle.

Session will be from 3-4:30, Yin following! We encourage you to bring comfortable, loose fitting clothing for the yin class.
