If you are looking to combine a yoga class with a circuit, please make sure to book these separately! Yoga is held in our heated yurt in the wintertime.
yoga classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy and we will only run classes if we have at least 5 in the class. Please sign up in advance!

Saturdays 8:30AM: Jen Moclair will be teaching Vinyasa Flow (book into the 9:45 or 10:15 spa session)
Ignite your inner energy with this dynamic and fluid Vinyasa practice. This class links breath and movement seamlessly, guiding you through a creative sequence of postures designed to build heat, strength, and flexibility. Expect a slightly faster pace and a moving meditation that leaves you feeling focused, energized, and deeply connected to your body.This practice is ideal for those with some yoga experience, but modifications will be offered to make it accessible to all.

Find a nourishing space to move, breathe, and simply be. This gentle class offers an accessible and low-impact approach to movement, blending soft, supported postures with mindful breathwork. This practice is designed to release everyday tension and promote a sense of calm stillness. Suitable for all levels, including those new to yoga, recovering from injury, or seeking a truly restful experience.
Fridays in Jan at 5PM we will have Emma Corwin leading a candlelight flow (book into the 2:30 or 3PM spa session)
Settle into the quiet of winter with a candlelit restorative yoga class designed to help you slow down and truly rest. Supported, gentle postures and long, nourishing holds invite the body to soften and the breath to deepen, creating space for stillness and ease. This is a low-impact, accessible practice with generous use of props, making it suitable for all levels and bodies. Candlelight Restorative is offered as a calm, supportive space for rest and reflection in the heart of winter and pairs well with an afternoon session in the sauna.
